Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. For family reunions
(4 or more cabins) a higher deposit may be required. In case of cancellation,
deposit will be refunded minus a $50 service charge ONLY if your unit
is re-rented at the regular rate for the entire stay you had booked.
Rental rates are subject to Minnesota sales tax.
Telephone reservations will be held for five days while awaiting
deposit. Reservations made 10 days or less prior to check in date require
full payment (non-refundable) at time of reservation. We accept cash,
personal checks, travelers checks, money orders, Visa and Mastercard.
Payment Policy
You are responsible for the full length of your confirmed reservation.
Balance of cabin rental is due upon check-in. Guests are responsible
for any damages to Kohl's Resort property.
Additional Person or Child Rate
Rates are based on occupancy as noted. Add $150 per week or $25 per
day for each guest above base occupancy.
Registration
All resort guests must be registered at the office and registration
is non-transferable. For the privacy and security of our resort guests,
please let us know if you are expecting any visitors. All visitors
MUST register at the office. There is a $10 per day per person visitor
charge.
Check-in time June-August
4:00 p.m. Saturday. Please allow us the necessary time to prepare
your cabin by observing the check-in time.
